Meet Dr. Tonice Krueger

Life can leave us feeling disconnected — from our bodies, from others, and even from ourselves. My passion is helping people reconnect through grounded, embodied healing. I integrate talk therapy with somatic, dietetic, and mindfulness-based approaches that calm the nervous system, ease the weight of anxiety, trauma, and stress, and restore a sense of balance and safety.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 16 years of experience in diverse settings, including shelters, prisons, community mental health centers, military hospitals, and private practice. As an Air Force veteran, military spouse, and child of an active-duty family, I bring a deep understanding of resilience, transition, and the unique challenges faced by service members, first responders, and their loved ones.

In our work together, we won’t just “talk about” your struggles. We’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded in your body, calmer in your mind, and more connected in your relationships. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, binge eating, or relationship challenges, therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your pace and goals. Healing isn’t only about retelling your story—it’s about transforming your body’s response to it.

I also provide psychological assessments and offer reduced private-pay rates for Active Duty Military, First Responders, and their families. Above all, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can unfold and where you can begin to feel whole again.
